Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Forecasting Systems: Design and implement sales forecasting solutions that provide visibility into sales performance and enable proactive decisionmaking.
Process Optimization: Use a mix of lowcode and no code tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across sales processes.
Event Registration and Survey Workflows: Build and optimize survey workflows for pipeline and events registration using platforms like CVENT and Qualtrics to gather feedback and improve future events.
Custom Solutions Design: Develop lowcode solutions across various platforms like Salesforce Smartsheet and PowerBI to meet specific business needs.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of various platforms (Salesforce Smartsheet Outreach etc. for unified user experience and data consistency.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.

Comfortable designing and implementing integrations custom reports dashboards and automation workflows.
