We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with a National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (such as MCSE) and ITIL certification. With 4 years of experience in providing comprehensive support for a range of enduser systems including desktops laptops tablets and smartphones. You will be essential in maintaining and enhancing our IT environment delivering highquality technical support and ensuring seamless user experiences.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical support for enduser systems including desktops laptops tablets and smartphones.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to restore functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
- Provide field support and onsite assistance to users addressing a diverse range of technical problems.
- Manage and maintain the enduser environment to minimize disruptions and uphold high service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize support processes and enhance overall user experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (such as MCSE).
- ITIL certification preferred.
- 4 years of experience in supporting enduser systems and delivering technical assistance.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to work shift hours and travel within the metro area to provide onsite support.
