Job Opening: Visual Merchandising Designer
Company: Reputed Tiles Manufacturing Company
We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative and visually appealing layouts for tile and marble displays in our showrooms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design a keen eye for detail and the ability to utilize software tools to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Merchandising Design:
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative and visually appealing layouts for tile and marble displays in showrooms.
- Implement seasonal and promotional displays aligned with the companys brand and marketing strategy.
- Software Utilization:
- Utilize 3D SketchUp or AutoCAD to develop floor plans layouts and 3D renderings for showroom designs.
- Use CorelDRAW or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets mood boards and signage.
- and Maintenance:
- Ensure that all visual merchandising plans are executed effectively and consistently across all locations.
- Provide guidelines and support to zonal teams to maintain visual standards.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with the sales marketing and product teams to align designs with customer needs and product features.
- Assist in training showroom staff to understand and maintain display standards.
- Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design home retail and visual merchandising to bring fresh ideas to showroom presentations.
- Research competitors and provide insights to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or related field
- Proficiency in 3D SketchUp AutoCAD CorelDRAW or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of interior design and retail trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment with multiple stakeholders
