Trainee Boiler and Machinery Inspection Specialist

Asa Boiler and Machinery Inspection Specialist your responsibilitiesare:
- Train to perform inservice inspections of boilers and pressure vessels to ensure compliance with applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements.
- Train to properly document all inspections and assessments in accordance with company and client standards.
- Train to ensure compliance with applicable sections of the ASME National Board and jurisdictional code requirements.
- Attend and pass the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors InService inspectors course
You are an ideal Boiler and Machinery Inspection Specialist if you have Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- National Board InService Commission is a MUST
- Technical training in boiler and pressure vessel operations maintenance repairs or inspections.
- Demonstrated experience in the boiler and pressure vessel industry such as design fabrication operation repair and alteration inspection and nondestructive examination or quality control systems.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- The ability to maintain a territory.
- Be able to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills:Pursue training and development opportunities; strive to continuously build knowledge and skills; share expertise with others; ability to successfully complete Bureau Veritas required training.
