We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist with 46 years of experience to help ideate and execute retail social and activation plans for our clients. This role will translate brand or product campaigns into engaging experiences for consumers brand ambassadors and retail associates.
A successful candidate should be creatively driven have a retail and sports marketing background and understand storytelling across key consumer touch points: retail events and social.
Your Impact In The Role
- Generate ideas to support brand and product campaigns at retail and within local and sports communities driving brand love and product sales through store associates and consumers.
- Translate brand and product campaigns into creative tactics that span retail digital social and IRL activation channels leveraging a network of national brand ambassadors to execute locally.
- Develop creative that addresses seasonal field marketing goals can be executed at scale and remains inbudget.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm creative solutions and executional details.
- Assist in defining the creative asset needs for projects (writing video design) and communicate these needs effectively to the team.
- Participate in campaign planning and assist in defining timelines milestones and deliverables to bring your ideas to life.
- Champion projects and assets through stages to uphold creative excellence maintaining brand quality and consistency.
- Lead and contribute to the development of visually strong compelling decks.
- Present work to clients to make sure they love it.
- Travel and be on location for certain activations or trainings (occasional).
What You Need To Succeed
- Strong understanding of marketing at retail with social and digital extensions.
- An affinity for creative ideation and love contributing unique ideas to brainstorms.
- Curious energetic selfstarter with an appetite for fresh new approaches and ideas.
- Exceptional communicator who interacts with clients and colleagues in a positive and inspiring manner.
- Obsessed with details and creative excellence; experience in copywriting or art direction a plus.
