Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking a Trainer Workplace AI Consulting.
The Trainer Workplace AI Consulting is a customerfacing role and is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization to help drive the successful delivery of Workplace AI Consulting projects. The Workplace AI Consulting team delivers on professional services adoption and change management engagements focused primarily in the areas of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
What youll do:
Project Delivery and
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop training plans.
- Design and develop enduser enablement content including facilitated learning instructorled learning reference materials and user instructions as needed.
- Conduct inperson or virtual training sessions for customers.
- Ensure all projects meet highquality standards are completed on time and stay within budget.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through user feedback surveys and performance metrics.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor for their Workplace AI needs.
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and deliver compelling value propositions.
Practice Development
- Contribute to crossteam efforts to evolve and refine AI Solutions methodologies and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve content delivery models and methodologies for Workplace AI Consulting projects.
- Surface insights and industry trends to help our AI Solutions delivery resources to expand and evolve our offerings.
What youll bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design HR Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in technology training consulting professional services or related roles.
- Expertise in AI especially Microsoft 365 Copilot or business management/change management including handson experience with AI solutions and/or technologyrelated change management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail skilled at prioritization of tasks and ability to manage time against multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel likely no more than 15 of the time.
