Reporting: Dy. Director HR
Key Stakeholders: India & Global HQ based business & function leaders.
Team : Shared HR Resource for Support
Requirement:
Drive Employee Pulse Check Interviews Focused Group discussions & Facilitate Engagement Survey & drive action plans in alignment with HQ.
Drive the Employee communication programs through the release of Mindbuzz Newsletter Motivation Stories Healthy Bites Inspiring case studies Employee Interviews Core value champions
Drive the Quarterly And Annual reward & Recognition processes
Lead the planning and communication (in collaboration & through Administration dept. all Employee Engagement Calendar wise initiatives
Manage the entire Performance & Talent review process incl. 9 BOX 360 close coordination with HQ relevant departments
Process Owner of the Performance Management System (SF Offline)
Process owner of KPI / Goal Setting Proccess & Continuous Perf. Mgmt.
Facilitate the complete Talent Acquisition process from HC budgeting position creation to hirings across Job Grades for specific functions
Drive the Employer Branding Initiative through all available Social Media platforms & other business events along with inhouse branding initiatives
Solution Provider and working closely with business to resolve issues and work towards creating a positive work environment
