As a Service Development Senior Specialist at Lundbeck you will assist in evaluating and expanding our GBS service catalogue supporting our strategic growth and efficiency. Youll help develop new service offerings optimize processes and contribute to cost efficiencies positively impacting our value chain. This role provides a valuable opportunity to work with international teams enhancing your professional network and skills in project management and strategic planning. This is a permanent position with a primary focus on a GBS Utilization across the value chain projectuntil the end of 2026. Following this timeframe you will be assigned to a subsequent role within GBS.
Your future team
As a Service Development Senior Specialist you will join a small dedicated Service Development team of three members. You will collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders within GBS and across the entire company ensuring alignment and coordinating impactful initiatives.
What you bring to the team
Minimum 5 years of overall combined GBSbased experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Power Point)
Participation in projects (advantage)
Knowledge of SAP (advantage)
Effective communication skills (both in Polish & English)
Building very good relationships with stakeholders
Ability to overcome difficulties and ability to solve problems being able to work with limited guidance and able to determine information needed to resolve issues handle stress effectively and cope well with setbacks
Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities including selfdevelopment/research need to complete the same
Skilled at managing tight timelines and responding to changing priorities
Collaborates well with others.
