Sales Associate
This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

On our team youll be a positive energetic force on the floor driving sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find just what they need. Youll also work with customer files and contracts. At times youll help clean organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding but well make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely. The Details
What you need:
- Solid communication skills
- Desire to help customers
What youll do:
- Assist with cleaning organizing and moving merchandise
- Help customers find what they need
- Handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts
- Maintain a positive sales floor environment
Additional requirements:
- Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (dont worry well train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
- Age: 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
