Pure Storage is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead crossfunctional initiatives within the Mass Remediation Program (MRP)a missioncritical program designed to proactively resolve highimpact product issues at scale. This role focuses on software based remediation programs. The TPM will own the endtoend program lifecyclefrom issue identification through customer resolutionensuring alignment across engineering operations legal support and product. Success in this role requires strategic coordination technical depth operational excellence and a relentless focus on customer impact.

The Mass Remediation Program (MRP) is Pure Storages strategic initiative to proactively address and resolve the most critical product issueshardware software or securitybefore they impact customers at scale. As aTechnical Program Manager youll play a pivotal role in this crossfunctional highvisibility program driving largescale remediation efforts from conception to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Ownership &

  • Lead endtoend Software MRP lifecycle across five key phases: Define Issue/Impact Planning Performance Measurement and Closure.
  • Partner with engineering teams to triage issues define scope assess risk and develop remediation strategies.
  • Coordinate the delivery of fixes including Purity Optimizations and mass field replacements ensuring timely nondisruptive deployment.

CrossFunctional Leadership

  • Orchestrate collaboration among Engineering Customer Experience Product Legal Finance and Field teams.
  • Align internal communications and external deliverables (e.g. Knowledge Base Articles Pure1 Alerts ServiceNow cases) to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Lead issue resolution and status updates across multiple workstreams balancing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

CustomerCentric Remediation

  • Ensure that customer impact is minimized and feedback loops are established for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee of Pure1 SelfService Purity Optimizations monitoring adoption alert status and escalation triggers.
DataDriven Program Management
  • Monitor KPIs and key remediation metrics through Tableau dashboard
  • Present datadriven progress reports and escalations to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify performance trends and drive optimization of remediation workflows.
PostIncident Review & Process Innovation
  • Conduct structured debriefs at the conclusion of each remediation cycle.
  • Capture learnings document best practices and refine internal playbooks and templates to support future MRP efforts.
  • Drive standardization and scale through automation repeatable processes and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5 years of experience in technical program management product operations or engineering leadership ideally within the storage SaaS or enterprise tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of storage systems hardware/software lifecycles and largescale product deployments.
  • Proven experience in incident management postmortem/root cause analysis and customerfacing remediation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills especially with executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira Confluence ServiceNow Tableau and project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously prioritize effectively and drive complex programs to completion.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of Purity OS FlashArray and FlashBlade infrastructure or Pure1 ecosystem
  • Experience coordinating legal operational and technical reviews for largescale customer communications or upgrades.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically to align longterm vision with shortterm .

We are primarily an inoffice environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the (Lehi Office Santa Clara Office or North Carolina office) in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $104000.00 $224000.00.

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
