Are you passionate about construction technology and ready to make a lasting impact Were seeking a VDC Project Manager (PM) to lead the charge in delivering highquality Building Information Modeling (BIM) content and driving excellence in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). If youre detailoriented collaborative and eager to shape the future of construction we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
- BIM Content Creation:Develop and execute toptier BIM content to support the VDC department project teams and key business functions.
- 3D Spatial Coordination:Manage and oversee 3D coordination ensuring accuracy and alignment with project schedules and scopes.
- Technical Support:Provide expert guidance to VDC staff on BIMenabled projects resolving technical challenges.
- Process Improvement:Maintain and refine VDC workflows contributing to efficiency and innovation.
- Strategic Collaboration:Participate in department meetings help set strategic goals and support key objectives.
- Mentorship & Development:Foster a culture of learning by mentoring VDC Specialists and project team members.
- Industry Leadership:Stay ahead of industry trends applying the latest VDC techniques and technology.
What Were Looking For:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture Engineering Construction or Computer Science.
- 45 years of experience in VDCrelated roles or the construction field.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Passion for driving safety integrity and quality in all aspects of work.
