The Manager Academic Collaborations plays a critical role in overseeing all educational initiatives within the health system including those for medical students nursing students allied health professionals and internship programs. This position is responsible for coordinating educational experiences across various disciplines leading internship programs and developing strong relationships with regional medical schools nursing programs allied health institutions and universities. A key focus will be on enhancing the educational environment within Trinity Health ensuring that students from all disciplines are wellsupported and integrated into the hospital setting. This role also involves fostering longterm relationships with academic institutions to position Trinity Health as a destination for both clinical education and future recruitment.
This position requires a proactive detailoriented individual with a passion for educational development strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the medical nursing allied health and internship educational processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree required. Focus of study in education healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements
3 years of experience in medical education academic coordination or a related healthcare environment.
Experience working with medical nursing and allied health students as well as internship programs is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the educational landscape including medical schools nursing programs allied health institutions and internship recruitment processes.
Experience in event coordination project management or relationshipbuilding with academic institutions is a plus.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders including students faculty interns and healthcare professionals.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions: Primarily officebased with occasional travel to regional academic institutions and healthcare sites. Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends for events or special programs.
