Our stateof theart manufacturing facilities drive quality production of our innovative Invitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Large & Small Volume Parentals and Biologics to satisfy the needs of our customers.Responsible for BSL3 facility installation commissioning & Qualification of Air Handling Units Ventilation Units & FCUs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for qualification documents (DQ IQ OQ & PQ) for AHUs FCUs and Ventilation units.
- Responsible for required certificates in support of documents submitted to QA.
- Responsible for HVAC Air cooled Chillers maintenance and operating.
- Responsible for installation & commissioning of LAF & Pass Box units.
- Preparing and check the preventive maintenance log books
- Responsible for installation commissioning of Electrical and BMS system related to HVAC.
- Responsible for verify and ensure that work is in line with approved drawings and meeting the stringent requirements of consultants and project specification.
- Responsible for Clean Room Panel Installation and Site Modifications as Per Requirement.
- Responsible for Preparing the material submittals for HVAC and BMS as per specification and requirement.
- Responsible for establish and implement productivity monitoring and improvement procedures for ensuring savings on labour costs.
- Responsible for Coordinate with Consultant representative for inspection of work progress.
- Responsible for Coordinate with workers regarding assembling of component maintenance work.
- Responsible for Material quality checks while material entering the site as well as time.
