The Manager CMR Detailing at DAG will oversee and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and detail in documentation processes ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset independent research capabilities and the ability to manage complex projects with efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader adept at multitasking problemsolving and driving operational excellence. A background in Fine Arts is a plus
About DAG:
Requirements
Masters degree in Art History Museum Studies or a related field.
68 years of experience in documentation data management or research within an art gallery museum or similar setting.
Proven expertise in research data validation and content accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
Indepth knowledge of modern and contemporary art including drawings prints mediums techniques and artistic movements.
Experience in managing teams workflows and crossfunctional coordination.
Creative individual with drive and the ability to take initiative
Values of adaptability and sincerity are critical
Ability to create project management structures systems and processes and follow through both personally and with team members
Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Good writing skills and an understanding of how to approach diverse stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
Ability to manage teams report regularly
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to produce clear coherent creative briefs and project reports
A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
