Job Overview:
The Integrator is akey leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless ofUzenzeles business operations and strategic initiatives. This role is designedto harmonize various departmentssuch as sales marketing operations financeand administrationensuring that the company achieves its business objectives.As the Integrator you will work closely with the Visionary (CEO equivalent in >>EOS<< to translate strategic vision into actionable steps and lead the team inoperational excellence.
Although this is aflexible position the responsibility it carries is crucial to the success ofthe company. The Integrator will be evaluated not by hours worked but by theachievement of key outcomes including operational efficiency clientsatisfaction and project delivery.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment and :
- Collaborate with the Visionary to turn highlevel strategies into functional operational plans.
- Ensure all departments work cohesively toward the companys overarching goals from client acquisition to successful project delivery.
- Oversee business processes ensuring they are aligned with both strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and Team Integration:
- Lead manage and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving business commitments.
- Foster crossdepartmental collaboration (sales marketing operations finance etc. to ensure seamless communication and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor department heads to ensure their objectives are aligned with the companys longterm vision.
- Operations Management:
- Develop and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and streamline project lifecycles.
- Oversee the companys CRM ERP and operational systems for enhanced scalability and productivity.
- Monitor key business performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Financial Oversight and Risk Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure budgetary compliance and financial objectives are met.
- Regularly review and assess the companys financial performance risk profiles and service offerings.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients lenders and investors.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering efficient and transparent services.
- Address any operational challenges that could impact client service or business growth.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations to ensure Uzenzele remains competitive in the market.
- Implement technological solutions that enhance business performance and operational effectiveness.
Work Environmentand Flexibility:
This role offers theflexibility of a hybrid work environment. While the majority of work may bedone remotely the Integrator must be willing to come into the office andtravel whenever necessary to meet business needs. There is no fixed requirementon the number of days in the office but the individual must exercise soundjudgment to ensure their presence when needed. No additional compensation willbe provided for inoffice days.
The nature of the rolemeans the Integrator is not tied to a traditional 45hour work week but isexpected to deliver highlevel strategic leadership and operational oversight.The role demands flexibility with working hours determined by the needs of thebusiness and key projects.
CompensationPackage:
- Base Salary: R400000 to R500000 per annum depending on experience.
- PerformanceBased Bonus: An additional 15 to 50 of the base salary tied to key KPIs (up to R250000 per annum).
- ProfitSharing: Optional longterm incentives including profitsharing available based on key business milestones and performance.
Total compensationranges from R460000 to R750000 per annum with the potential forfurther longterm incentives through profitsharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Operations Management or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience in operations management with a proven track record of leadership in a complex professional services environment.
- Familiarity with CRM ERP systems and operational platforms.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Proficiency in project management resource allocation and business performance analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and decisionmaking skills.
