Why Your Role Matters:
A Research Associate/PostDoctoral Fellow (Level A) is expected to contribute towards the research effort of UNSW and to develop their research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to their particular field of research.
The Centre for Social Research in Health offers a vibrant research culture in behavioural and social health. It undertakes and promotes exemplary research in health that informs and strengthens knowledge policy and practice. The Vitalities Lab is a small research group of doctoral students and research associates within the Centre.
The project involves using qualitative and creative artsbased research methods together with social theory to investigate the societal drivers of the meanings and practices that shape public responses to the interdependencies between humans microbes social systems and ecosystems. Focusing on using creative methods and cuttingedge social theory as well as research translation and engagement strategies.
The role of Research Associate/PostDoctoral Fellow reports to the leading Professor and has no direct reports.
