Nous recherchons un spcialiste des applications cliniques passionn et nergique capable de dmontrer son expertise clinique en soins intensifs ou en anesthsiologie quelquun dambitieux et dastucieux sur le plan commercial qui travaillera main dans la main avec diverses parties prenantes internes et externes jouant un rle dterminant dans la russite de la formation et de lexpertise techniques gnrant ainsi une croissance de lactivit dans toute la rgion parisienne.

En collaboration avec notre ingnieur commercial pour la rgion vous prendrez en charge avant la dmonstration des dispositifs mdicaux la phase dinstallation et la formation des clients avec lobjectif principal de sassurer que nos clients sont confiants et comptents dans lutilisation des produits Mindray.

Vos responsabilits :

Aprs la formation agir en tant que point de connaissance pour les clients afin de tirer le maximum de valeur des produits Mindray
Assurer la liaison avec les hpitaux pour organiser et grer les valuations cliniques les installations et lassistance clinique aprsvente.
Pour nos clients vous serez lexpert en produits et les formerez au fonctionnement efficace de nos produits.Offrir des conseils aux clients sur la conception du flux de travail en fonction de lenvironnement clinique (units de soins intensifs thtres services durgence etc.
Travailler avec les clients pour dfinir des configurations cliniques permettant une utilisation sre et approprie.
Identifier et communiquer en interne les opportunits de croissance commerciale
Travailler avec lingnieur de vente/de service de la rgion pour gnrer des ventes rentables dappareils de surveillance des patients et de maintien des fonctions vitales de Mindray.
Communiquer tous les niveaux en adaptant le contenu au public concern afin de sassurer que la formation est bien comprise.
Travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes pour planifier et excuter efficacement les projets dans les dlais impartis et conformment aux attentes des clients.
Maintenir jour les connaissances cliniques techniques informatiques et commerciales.
Contribuer la conception et au dveloppement de ressources produits telles que des guides dutilisation des cadres de comptences et des prsentations de formation.
Grer et tenir jour les dossiers de formation.

Que recherchonsnous chez vous

Un expert clinique confirm avec une exprience en soins intensifs ou en anesthsiologie cherchant voluer vers un rle dapplications cliniques ou ayant dj fait le pas et cherchant une entreprise challenger.
Vous disposez dune connaissance clinique approfondie et dune exprience de lenvironnement biomdical.
Vous avez une exprience des applications cliniques en rgion parisienne.Des relations prouves avec les KOL sont essentielles
Vous avez lhabitude de travailler de manire autonome.
Vous tes un membre naturel dune quipe travaillant la ralisation dobjectifs communs.
Une exprience commerciale dans un rle similaire est un atout.
Matrise du franais et de langlais lcrit et loral
Capacit travailler dans le pays pour lequel vous postulez sans avoir besoin dun parrainage de la part de lentreprise.
Ambitieux(se) et dsireux(se) de faire progresser votre carrire un rythme soutenu
Vous avez dj fait preuve de comptences en matire dorganisation de projets.
Solides comptences en matire danalyse et de planification.
Excellentes comptences en matire de communication et de prsentation
La capacit voyager jusqu 70 du temps est requise.

Reporting to Marketing Manager PMLS

Location: Paris France

An exciting opportunity due to continued growth is now available within our ambitious Patient Monitoring & Life Support Marketing function focusing on training in ICU and Theatres. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Clinical Application Specialist to demonstrate their clinical expertise from intensive care or anaesthesiology someone ambitious and commercially astute you will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being instrumental in driving successful technical training and expertise thus generating business growth across the Paris Region.

In collaboration with our sales engineer for the area you will take charge before of demonstration of medical devices installation phase and customer training with the primary objective of ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using Mindray Products.

Your responsibilities:

• After training acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray products
• Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations installations and postsales clinical support
• To our customers you will be the product expert educating them in the effective operation of our products
• Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting (ICU Theatres A&E etc.
• Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use
• Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth
• Work with the Sales / Service Engineer within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices.
• Communicating at all levels tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood
• Working with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations
• Keep clinical technical IT and market knowledge up to date.
• Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides competency frameworks and training presentations
• Manage and maintain timely training records

What are we looking for in you

• A proven clinical expert with a background in Intensive Care or Anaesthesiology either looking to move into a clinical applications role or already having made the move and looking for a challenger business
• Critically you will have a high clinical knowledge and experience of a biomedical environment
• You will have experience of doing Clinical Applications in the Paris region
• Proven KOL relationships are essential
• Demonstrate experience of working autonomously
• Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives
• Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous
• Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
• Ability to work in the country for which you are applying without the requirement of company sponsorship
• Ambitious and looking to drive your career forward at pace
• Showcase previous project organisation skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to travel up to 70 of the time is required.
