Could you be the fulltime Customer Service Officer in Vsters SE were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive customer service expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative collaborative and dedicated teammates while being the customer primary point of contact to supply equipment and spare parts or railway vehicles. You will handle customer enquiries providing quotation and ensure their deliveries. As part of a global organization you will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure material deliveries from different sites within Alstom.

Well look to you for:

  • Manage Customer inquiries orders and returns as well as Customer complaints.
  • Perform Customer communication with relevant stakeholders in case of critical items (supported by Sales aligned with Customer Director).
  • Collect timely and compliant cost input from external and internal suppliers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement actions.
  • Taking responsibility in a resultsdriven role solving complex problems with a customeroriented mindset.
  • Embracing inclusivity in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience or understanding of industry roles and daily interfacing with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers
  • Familiarity with ERP System such as SAP
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
