As a Piping Specialist your work can directly impact and shape the direction of the global green energy transition. You will join more than 150 motivated colleagues specialized in energy thermal chemical processes carbon capture electrical piping and mechanical engineering working alongside our customers on some of the worlds most significant green fuel projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with skilled engineers and lead the design of piping systems for process plants ensuring compliance with engineering standards regulations and safety protocols
• Produce clear and comprehensive engineering documents including piping layouts isometric drawings and material specifications
• Provide input in preparing feasibility concept and FEED studies.
• Prepare / Review engineering documents like calculations specifications philosophies datasheets and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of piping design with overall project objectives.
• Drive projects independently from initial concept through to final ensuring milestones are met within budget and schedule.
• Provide technical support related to Piping engineering during concept PreFEED FEED and detailed engineering stages of the project.
• Mentor and supervise a team of junior piping engineers providing guidance training and performance feedback.
• Review and approve engineering documents produced by junior engineers ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues in different regions and disciplines to overcome obstacles and ensure the quality of deliverables.

You will also possess:

• Masters/bachelors in mechanical engineering with 12 years of experience.
• Experience in producing piping documents viz. Layout isometric MTO etc
• Be conversant with codes and standards ASME API EN BS NACE etc.
• Experience in doing the quality check of the documents and following quality management systems in project .
• Knowledge of piping stress analysis using ROHR2 or similar software will be an added advantage.
• 3D modelling experience in Aveva PDMS/E3D and/or AutoPlant 3D.
• Knowledge of piping material specification and thickness calculations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

It would be advantageous if you have:

• 3D modelling experience in Aveva PDMS/E3D.
