About the role
As a Senior Strategic Analyst youll play a key role in shaping the TACs future by working closely with senior leaders to identify challenges and opportunities. Youll drive strategy implementation performance monitoring and provide highlevel insights that influence decisionmaking across the organisation. This role is pivotal in aligning the TACs longterm goals with actionable strategies ensuring impactful leadership and performance outcomes.
About the Team
- This role will be a part of our Strategy Team within the Strategy and Research Branch part of the Performance Risk and Strategy Division which is responsible for driving strategic development and implementation across the organisation.
- Working closely in a small fastpaced and adaptable team you will be joining a collaborative friendly and inclusive environment that is highly connected across the organisation and committed to delivering highimpact outcomes.
- You will be supported by a Strategy Manager who has a collaborative management style working closely with the team to foster ideasharing and involve everyone in problemsolving while encouraging high levels of autonomy.
What were looking for
Strategic Communication and Influence
Youll engage senior leaders by preparing highquality strategic reports presentations and insights directly supporting the delivery of TACs new strategy. Your ability to communicate effectively will help shape decisionmaking at the executive level.
Performance Measurement Expertise
Your strong analytical skills will drive the uplift of TACs performance measurement reporting ensuring alignment with the goals of the new strategy. Youll track progress provide insights and contribute to achieving key strategic initiatives.
Tertiary Qualifications and Analytical Acumen
With a background in business economics commerce or a related discipline youll bring robust strategic analysis and decisionmaking expertise. Youll deliver key insights and recommendations helping TAC meet strategic objectives while supporting performance reporting initiatives.
