Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant/Porter to join our team working at Cambridge Regional College Kings Hedges Road CB4 2QT
You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy organising stock food preparation for the 3 outlets supporting the chef in lunch service making sure counter is full and stocked with food.

To be eligible for this role due to the sector requirements:be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
What we offer:
10.80 equated pay working 44 weeks term time plus 6 extra weeks in the school holidays
This is a fulltime position37.5 hours per week 7.00am2.30pm.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Assistant/Porter:
food preparation of items including cold food.
Following H&S procedures.
Stock rotation and managing deliveries.
Cleaning the kitchen.
Assisting with pot wash.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
You will be set up for success if you have:
Knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must have eligibility to work in the UK . Security checks are required for this role and DBS are needed.
