We are recruiting for a first line IT Technician to work for a growing business based in Manchester. The role will be working on an established helpdesk and closely with 1st and 2nd line technicians. The role will be working in the office 3 days a week and two days a week. Knowledge skills and experience a) Superior Customer Service Skills b) Able to prioritise and schedule own workload within a fastpaced environment. c) Proactive and positive approach to problem solving and client interaction. d) Exceptional attention to detail flexibility and uses own initiative to troubleshoot complex issues. e) IT Service Desk Environment. f) Networking Experience (routers switches & firewalls). Understand basic network terminology and basic network configuration. g) Administering & supporting Office365 with hands on experience of user and license administration h) Microsoft Desktop. i) Administering & supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 preferably in a VMWare ESXi environment or HyperV.
