Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical coordination of requests that are identified on basis of the qualifying categories from the ticketing system
Close Coordination scheduling and securing approvals of change requests.
Work collaboratively towards projects that are assigned by the Tech Ops teams.
Complete ownership of patching and server reconciliation request.
Followups on problem tasks assigned to Technical coordinators.
Coordinate within TechOps team for scheduling and communication and with BUs (need basis).
Coordinate with Technology Operations teams for business unit playbook for appropriate sequencing and scheduling activities based on procedures defined.
Coordinate with Business Units and TechOps team to review and accumulate playbook in centralized repository for OS patching activity.
Coordinate and track project progress and schedules.
Oversee and ensure that all technical requirements are met before during and after implementation of new technical components and products.
Work as a liaison between other departments and technical teams to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Work with the Problem & Change managers to ensure work generated by them is being timely processed by the technical teams through priority management and resource allocation.
Recommend and promote best practices in request & project management through continuous improvement cycle.
Develop and establish working partnerships and lead the efforts across functional groups until project completion.
Manage portion of larger more complex customer IT Infrastructure project activities coordination.

Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential conflict and organize contingency plans.
Recommend appropriate tools and techniques to be used by the technical coordinator team to meet their assigned objectives successfully.
Analyze develop deliver and present patching progress report Change reports and monthly/quarterly status reports. Recommend/escalate actions on identified areas.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Project Coordination experience in the deployment of IT Infrastructure technologies and best practices focused on Enterprise/Infrastructure Services.
Basic understanding of support IT infrastructure.
5 years experience as a Technical coordinator.
High degree of communications and interpersonal skills.
Extensive IT service delivery experience and operations management (Request Change Problem and Incident management) skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Track record of accomplishment and effectiveness within organizations
Able to be innovative and creative strong logic reasoning and analytical skills.
Conceptual knowledge of main IT Infrastructure components (server storage network data cloud EUC and applications).
Good understanding of project scoping and risk assessment techniques.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
Minimum Education / Experience:
Bachelor/ degree in computer science. Will accept equivalent related work experience for the right candidate.
Certified or equivalent experience in ITIL and Service Management.
