What youll be doing:
Assist the website team in publishing maintaining and updating website content.
Support marketing teams by building and designing landing pages for services campaigns and case studies.
Proofreading documents for spelling grammar and layout recommending or making appropriate changes
Assisting with maintenance and distribution of marketing giveaways inventory
Researching industry trends competitor analysis and target lists
Assisting with event/sponsorship preparation and
Supporting special projects which may include: planning and coordinating presentations disseminating information
Assisting with database management
Posting on social media
Tracking marketing programs and analyze performance
Were looking for someone who has:
Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting during core business hours of Monday Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
Ability to complete the entire 8week Summer Internship Program: June 9 2025 July 31 2025
Basic Qualifications:
Current student working towards bachelors degree in marketing or any related function
Experience in website design principles (UX UI Visual Design)
Experience in website technical skills (SEO HTML CSS Responsive Design)
02 years recent marketing experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Degree in communications or graphic design a plus
150Date/Final Graduation of May 2025 through September 2026
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication leadership and analytical skills
