Are you someone who notices the little things others miss Do you appreciate the beauty of a perfectly preserved comic book Beckett Collectibles is on the hunt for a Comic Book Pressing Specialista handson hero with an eye for detail a steady hand and a love for all things comics. In this role youll be helping comic books look their best before they head off for grading restoring them to glory and preserving their value for collectors everywhere.
This is your chance to be part of a passionate fastpaced team that works with some of the coolest pop culture artifacts out there. Think of it as a comic book spa treatmentwith a purpose.
Responsibilities
- Check In Orders: Receive and review incoming comic book shipments like a pro.
- Invoice Tagging: Match each book to its order prepping it for pressing and determining the ideal method.
- Get Pressing: Use specialized techniques to smooth out imperfections wrinkles and warpsbringing books back to life.
- Keep It Organized: Refile each book to its original invoice with precision and care.
- Move the Flow: Once books are pressed check them out of the department and send them to their next stop in the process.
- Stay Safe & Tidy: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols and handling standards.
Skills and Requirements

- Ability to follow established procedures with consistency.
- Prior experience or interest in comic book grading/condition is a plus (but not a dealbreaker!.
- Physically able to stand for up to 6 hours a day with short intermittent breaks.
