Job Description

  • Resources recruitment (Recruits selects hires) asper Project requirement.
  • Forecasting caller requirement for the upcomingproject
  • Train and evaluate callers and other supervisor.
  • A Team player and who has handled a min of 200 250 telecallers.
  • A person who has handled inbound/ outbound processes
  • Preferably handled a Survey based process
  • Well versed with the Dialler/ CRM Strategies.
  • Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actionsbased on collected data.
  • Maintain all documentation related Data Research team.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Presentation
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of calling productivitytraining and quality.
  • Make sure that DRC team meet companys goals and providesufficient support to achieve wise productivity.
  • Address and resolve employee Dissatisfaction and staff Attrition.
  • Give suggestions in questionnaire to project team for betterresearch findings.
  • Able to create a healthy workplace environment and Workplace culture.
  • Flexible in working hours (Extensionof shifts as per work requirement / Weekend working if required)
  • Candidates should be adaptive to Disciplined work culture.
