Job Description
- Resources recruitment (Recruits selects hires) asper Project requirement.
- Forecasting caller requirement for the upcomingproject
- Train and evaluate callers and other supervisor.
- A Team player and who has handled a min of 200 250 telecallers.
- A person who has handled inbound/ outbound processes
- Preferably handled a Survey based process
- Well versed with the Dialler/ CRM Strategies.
- Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actionsbased on collected data.
- Maintain all documentation related Data Research team.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Presentation
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of calling productivitytraining and quality.
- Make sure that DRC team meet companys goals and providesufficient support to achieve wise productivity.
- Address and resolve employee Dissatisfaction and staff Attrition.
- Give suggestions in questionnaire to project team for betterresearch findings.
- Able to create a healthy workplace environment and Workplace culture.
- Flexible in working hours (Extensionof shifts as per work requirement / Weekend working if required)
- Candidates should be adaptive to Disciplined work culture.
