Responsibilities
Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals under the supervision of the authorized user and operates radio isotopic detector equipment to produce photoscans of designated areas of the human body for neonate pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients.
Call expectation is 1 weekday per week and 1:3 or 1:4 for weekend call (very 34 weeks)
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program AND certified as Nuclear Medicine Technologist
or
registry eligible for an appropriate certification examination through the Nuclear Medicine Technology certification Board (NMTCB)
Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Registered as a CT Technologist for sites with PETCT within 1 one year of hire date
