We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our Brand Partnerships Developer Relations (DevRel) Influencer and Business Development teams ensuring they have the tools and data they need to drive success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problemsolver with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for optimizing processes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
You Will:
- Salesforce Administration:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and other relevant Salesforce platforms.
- Manage user accounts profiles roles permissions and security settings.
- Create and customize objects fields page layouts workflows process builder flows and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Perform regular data maintenance including data cleansing and deduplication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide ongoing support.
- TeamSpecific Support:
- Brand Partnerships: Customize Salesforce to track partnership agreements manage client relationships and report on partnership performance.
- DevRel: Implement Salesforce solutions to track developer engagement manage event registrations and analyze developer community metrics.
- Influencer Team: Configure Salesforce to track influencer campaigns manage influencer relationships and report on campaign performance.
- Business Development: Optimize Salesforce for lead management opportunity tracking and sales forecasting.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within Salesforce.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Document processes and provide training to users.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and new features.
You Have:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 required. Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with process automation tools (Workflow Rules Process Builder Flow).
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting sales marketing or partnership teams is highly desirable.
- Experience with influencer marketing or developer relation workflows is a plus.
