A propos du poste:

Au sein de lentit Ingnierie Centrale et plus prcisment lquipe Train Architecture for Passengers nous recherchons un Rfrent Accessibilit et Design Inclusif (F/H) expert dans le domaine de lintriorisme afin de renforcer lexpertise de nos quipes de conception des trains implantes mondialement.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez en charge de :

• Dfinir les meilleures pratiques dagencement intrieur et de diagrammes trains pour lusage passager (habitabilit accessibilit contraste moyen de prhension gestion de linformation (visuelle audible tactile).
• Dployer et superviser la mise en application des rgles de design inclusif dfinies sur les applications projets dans le respect des exigences contractuelles.
• Raliser ou superviser des tudes de performance de flux passager (change vacuation) pour les matriels roulants et proposer les optimisations ncessaires pour garantir les exigences contractuelles des projets.
• Recenser et raliser une veille sur les exigences normatives et rglementaires en matire de conception inclusive et daccessibilit pour les diffrents zones du monde (tat de lart).

Plus largement au sein de lquipe mtier centrale Train Design vous participerez:

• A la mise en cohrence de lensemble des rgles mtier autour de la conception darchitecture de haut niveau en lien avec la qualit perue le tolrancement gestion de la masse
• A la conception et la mise en uvre des formations en matire de design inclusif et daccessibilit.
• Au rseau dexperts (climatique ergonomie clairage
• Aux diffrents groupes de normalisation en lien avec lamnagement intrieur ferroviaire en tant que reprsentant Alstom.

Vos missions diverses vous amneront travailler avec des quipes multi culturelles et pluridisciplinaires.Des dplacements (quelques jours par mois) peuvent galement tre requis.

Votre profil:

• Vous possdez une dizaine dannes dexprience dont au moins cinq en conception mcanique (Catia) dans le domaine de lintriorisme idalement dans les transports (automobile aronautique ferroviaire). Une exprience dans les domaines du dplacement de foule et de lergonomie gnrale sera galement apprcie.
• Pragmatique et structur(e) vous tes laise dans lchange.
• Bonnes capacits de communication loral comme lcrit en franais comme en anglais.

About the job:

Within the Central Engineering entity more accurately in the Train Architecture for Passengers team we are looking for an Accessibility & Inclusive Design Leader (F/M) expert in the field of interior in order to strengthen the expertise of our train design teams located worldwide.

As part of your missions you will be in charge of:

• Define the best practices for interior fitting and train layouts for passenger needs (habitability accessibility contrast gripping bars information management (visual audible tactile).
• Carry out and/or supervise the right application of the defined inclusive design rules on project in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Carry out and/or supervise passenger flow performance studies (exchange evacuation) for rolling stock and propose the necessary optimizations to guarantee the contractual requirements of the projects.
• List carry out and ensure the normative and regulatory requirements in terms of inclusive design and accessibility for the different areas of the world (state of the art)

More broadly within the Train Design metier central team you will participate in:

• Consistency of the metier rules linked with high level architecture design in according with the perceived quality the tolerancing management the weight management
• Design and implementation of training in inclusive design & accessibility field.
• Exchange with the network of experts (climatic comfort ergonomics lighting comfort)
• Various standardization committees related to railway interior design as Alstom representative.

Your various missions will lead you to work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Travel (a few days per month) may also be required.

Your profile:

• You have ten years of experience including at least five in mechanical design (Catia) in the field of interior design ideally in the field of transport (automotive aeronautic railway). Experience in the fields of crowd movement and general ergonomics will also be appreciated
• Pragmatic and structured you are comfortable in the exchange
• Good communication skills both oral and written in French and English
