EMS Operations Manager
Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as an EMS Manager at MedEx Ambulance!
MedEx Ambulance is currently seeking applications for EMS Managers to help oversee our daily operations. The responsibilities of Operations Managers include:
Responsible for supervision of field personnel
Responsible for supervisor or Operations Supervisors
Responding to incidents in the field.
Handling customer/patient complaints.
Direct liaison between field crews and upper management
Upholding the rules and regulations set forth by the MedEx employee handbook.
Perform all necessary station duties to ensure a wellstocked fleet of vehicles.
Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers

Our paramedics are eligible for tuition assistance/reimbursement and paid advancement opportunities such as Critical Care training!

EDUCATION LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS:
Statelicensed Paramedic or EMT (Preferred)
Nationally Registered Paramedic or EMT (Preferred)
Highly desirable: ACLS PALS PEPP ITLS/PHTLS
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to perform all essential job functions.
Must complete a preemployment screening
Must complete EMS System Entry
