Job Description
Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Dispatcher I on a temporary basis for 4 months at our Coop Refinery Complex. This position requires onsite work and is based in Regina SK.
Shift: Monday Friday (day shift)
Our Coop Refinery Complex processes up to 130000 barrels of crude oil every day distributing up to 17 million liters of fuel every day to Coop Gas bars and Cardlocks throughout Western Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a logistics and/or supply chain background to join our dynamic team.
What youll do:
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Operating and maintaining our Terminal Management System.
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation and inventory management.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Generate Process and Key Bills of Ladings.
- Analyze and forecast for planning of Truck and Rail Loading.
- Assist with Driver Orientation and training.
- Managing inventory of offsite terminals and corporate bulk plants.
- Collaborate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with the Petroleum Distribution team and will report into the Transportation Supervisor.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and Logistics and:
- Have a high school diploma plus at least one business course from a post secondary institution.
- Type 50 words per minute.
- You are eligible to enroll in CITT Level I certification.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Are honest trustworthy results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Believe in collaboration building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
