Job Description
A premier law firm is seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join its Debt Finance team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance at a peer firm with exposure to private equity acquisition finance liability management or special situations finance. Representation of borrowers lenders or both is welcome.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $260000 $435000 based on experience and qualifications
- Discretionary performancebased bonuses

Candidate Parameters:
- J.D. class years
- At least some experience with private credit syndicated debt and exposure to private equity acquisition finance liability management or special situations finance
- Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
- Experience representing borrowers and lenders is a plus
