Job Description
The University of Maryland seeks an ABRcertified radiologist for a faculty position as a Physician Scientist at theUniversity of Maryland Medical Center University of Maryland School ofMedicine in Baltimore Maryland. Applicantwill be 50 clinical (modality of choice) and 50 protected time forresearch. Must come with grant fundingor experience in obtaining grant funding.
Duties include all aspects of selectedmodality as well as general radiology. The Department provides clinical servicesfor eight Community Hospitals the Baltimore VA and two private offices. Stateoftheartequipment is available at all sites linked by an enterprisewide PACS system supportedby voice recognition dictation.
