In this role you will work as part of a team to develop maintain and enhance one or more digital products and platforms that seek to yield a significant business benefit helping us build dynamic advantage and market differentiation through on innovation.

What will your essential responsibilities include

Work with Program Manager Product Owner Lead UI Developer UX Designer project team and internal stake holders to develop data & AI applications.

Take ownership of the development process when required.

Selfdirectedly able to collaborate with the partner teams.

Able to provide technical inputs to help the team make the decision when needed.

Able to provide inputs on estimation of the development efforts.

Execute development activities as senior FullStack Developer for IDA applications portals & integrations.

• Collaborating with design project and other team members discussing problem solving approaches participating in code reviews and pair programming.
  
  
• Contributing to daily stand ups and other agile ceremonies to ensure visibility of team progress.
• Using and extending our existing backend web application and infrastructure codebases adhering to their code standards and structure while bearing in mind the advantages and consequences of refactoring and upgrading.
  
  
• Ensure that the solution is designed to perform across multiple platforms.
  
  

Work with Lead UI Developer and support on technical design target state software architectures data mappings & integration mechanisms.

Analyze & understand the requirements take ownership for delivering the assigned development task and ensure quality deliverables. Optimized coding with good documentation.

Working as part of an Agile squad & vendors ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the expectations of the team.

Engage in the entire lifecycle of the development project.

Support Lead Developer in engagement with GT governance forums ensuring alignment with AXA architecture standards as the project moves through the relevant stage gates.

Ability to work in a highpressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical.

You will report to the Digital UX Division Lead.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Relevant years of experience in full stack development using Java JavaScript / CSS / React.js. Junit.

Experience in understanding the integration between a CRM and JAVA and contribute for the performance improvements and integration developments.

Experience reviewing the code for clean code.

Experience taking ownership of the project from end to end.

Experience giving inputs on decisions on the project technical aspects.

Vast experience on working with different teams and collaborating with them.

Experience in helping the team to bring up to speed with the latest technologies.

Experience working on Spring Boot micro service architecture.

Experience in migrating the project technologies to updated versions.

Experience in troubleshooting the production issues and provide a fix.

Should have expertise in Web development accessibility and usability.

Proven knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred).

Knowledge with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Good understanding and implementation knowledge of DevOps principles.

Knowledge of objectoriented programming: MVC MVVM.

Handson experience of developing REST web services and APIs.

Should have good understanding of Salesforces proprietary programming language to develop robust backend logic.

Create everything from mockups and UI components to algorithms and data structures as you deliver a complete minimally viable product.

Should be able to contribute to improve code quality organization and automatization.

Experience in working as part of a squad in an Agile environment.

Extensive familiarity with the version management tools like GitHub.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Understand experience with design patters Design System and have experience of contributing to its development with solid principles.

Excellent project management time management verbal and written communications skills as the job entails simultaneously managing multiple projects with internal stakeholders.

Solid knowledge of SQL.

Proactive attitude ability to run projects with minimal direction given the global nature of the team.

B.E./B./B.Sc./B.A. degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
