Today we open our historic rooms to host unforgettable events from private celebrations to highprofile brand activations. Were looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Events Manager to join our team with a focus on selling planning and delivering exceptional events in this iconic setting.
The Role:
As Venue Events Manager youll be responsible for curating bespoke events that live up to the Abbey Road legacy. Youll work closely with clients from global brands to private individuals to craft unique experiences managing the process from first inquiry through to flawless . This is a rare opportunity to be creative working with a space steeped in history while pushing the boundaries of whats possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Proactively seek out new opportunities nurturing relationships with highend clients and agencies to grow event bookings.
Creative Event Design: Collaborate with clients to design unique experiences that celebrate the magic of Abbey Road.
EndtoEnd Event Management: Oversee every detail from initial concept to ontheday delivery ensuring a seamless experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams trusted suppliers and production partners to bring each event to life.
Preserving the Legacy: Balance the studios operational needs with the demands of events safeguarding the integrity of this worldfamous recording space.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in highend event sales and delivery ideally within a unique or historic venue.
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through events.
Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills able to inspire trust with highprofile clients.
Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A genuine appreciation for music heritage and the power of a great event.
