- Evaluate all existing accounting reporting and financial analysis processes and build a plan to create one of Omahas well run accounting departments
- Dive deep into this complex industry that takes most people at least 1 year to understand this is a great role for a highly intelligent individual that would love working in a fascinating and complex company
- Meet frequently with the leadership team to understand their vision for success and then enjoy the trust and autonomy to go do what is needed to get the business to its ultimate goal
