Plumber Multi Skilled
Working in our properties across North East
Permanent full time 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday with on call on a rota basis)
Salary 33432 pa plus van generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Plumber
- As multi skilled Plumber all allocated jobs are completed right first time with a whole job repair approach providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Installation and repairs to hot/cold plumbing and heating installations including sanitaryware and drainage systems.
- Delivering highquality and compliant work.
- Multi skilled to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes.
- Working in our properties across North East(this needs to be a commutable distance for you). All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in plumbing we will also consider NVQ Level 2 with experience.
- Fault finding experience and knowledge of plumbing installations.
- Experience in all aspects of plumbing work within a maintenance environment.
- Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
- A flexible approach able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- A full current driving licence as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

Job details
- Working Monday to Friday youll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment
- Youll work in our properties in the North East.Our office base is in Belmont Durham (Mercury House).
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- Youll need a Basic DBS check and we pay for that.
