Description
HP Inc. Global Marketing has an open position for a Privacy Risk Analystrole to ensure the successful development and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures motivate program compliance across global marketing support and guide the marketing community in privacy needs and monitor and respond to the evolving privacy landscape. This individual is expected to be a key participant and influencer in the development of a Data Privacy Risk function within marketing and across HP in collaboration with other PanHP Global Business Units.
This role will be expected to collaborate with key groups within marketing including Data Science Martech and Global Market Campaign teams. Across HP collaboration will include Global Privacy and multiple Global Business Units e.g. Print Personal Systems etc. The candidate must be an excellent communicator and influencer be able to interact with a wide range of groups and leaders and persuade through thoughtful analysis with an ability to translate business and technical requirements into robust capabilities and outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Help develop and manage a privacy resource center within Global Marketing
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across all business sectors to ensure data protection and privacy compliance and oversight of periodic information privacy risk assessments/analysis mitigation and remediation efforts
3. Strong foundation of the modern data lifecycle
4. Provide support to marketing organization on privacy and data security topics in order to enable effective campaign activation and data usage
5. Help instill and maintain a cultural focus on continuous improvement regarding privacy and data protection including: a) refining and communicating policies and guidance on the privacy implications of HP activities programs and initiatives b) managing privacyrelated inquiries in the organization
6. Monitor track and report on overall privacy and data protection program progress; streamline and improve processes as needed
7. Identify track mitigate and resolve privacy risk issues
Skills and Knowledge
1. previous experience in Enterprise Data Privacy environment
2. Foundational knowledge of key privacy regulations: GDPR CCPA plus awareness of the related landscape
3. Strong risk management orientation ability to effectively steer the organization toward compliance while driving mission and business impact including Privacy Impact Assessments leveraging tools such as Onetrust TrustArc etc
4. Strong organization planning and prioritization skills
5. Demonstrated skills in collaboration teamwork communication and problemsolving to achieve goals
6. Experience in corporate privacy programs preferred
7. Ability to think creatively to solve problems and have a forwardleaning attitude on addressing complex matters
8. Willingness to be agile and adaptable with evolving landscape
9. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills and the ability to influence in crossfunctional team settings
10. Ability to digest analyze synthesize and problem solve various use cases across the data privacy & governance spectrum
11. Ability to interact with key stakeholders in a variety of scenarios with the right balance of assertiveness humility & confidence
12. Keen understanding of the data lifecycle across CRMs data lakes and other data repositories for a wide variety of use cases
Strong understanding of data risk at it relates to privacy and governance
Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 710 years of work experience preferably in social marketing content marketing and media data led planning or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $104800 to $158250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
