In this role you will take the lead in growing and maturing Modernas Privileged Access Management (PAM). Youll work in a fastpaced environment as a key contributor to delivering secure scalable and reliable identity solutions. This position demands both strategic vision and handson technical expertise to manage and enhance PAM capabilities. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations.

Heres What Youll Do

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Serve as the engineering SME for PAM managing the CyberArk platform including its configuration administration and maintenance.

• Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into PAM solutions and designs.

• Conduct assessments and facilitate onboarding of accounts into CyberArk following a logical framework.

• Perform application integration assessments and advise on integration options.

• Analyze the PAM environment to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement continuous improvement plans.

• Contribute to disaster recovery capacity planning and performance monitoring for PAM systems.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Developing and maintaining detailed architecture standards and implementation documentation.

• Creating user documentation and providing relevant training.

• Partnering with the Cybersecurity and governance teams to align PAM solutions with organizational policies.

• Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the IAM strategy effective.

• Providing 24x7 support during emergencies and planned maintenance activities.

Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

• BS level technical degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science or Math background preferred

• 8 years in the technology field with 46 years working in the identity and access management domain

• 3 years of experience with CyberArk and Privileged Cloud technologies including handson experience with account and safe management CyberArk administration and configuration management and troubleshooting of the various CyberArk Privileged Cloud components.

• Handson experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies including implementation and administration of CyberArks secret management technologies such as Credential Provider Secrets Hub and Conjur (Cloud or Enterprise).

• This role is expected to be in office 70 of the time with flexibility to work from home up to 30.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Privileged Access Management principles best practices and technologies

• Familiarity with JIT Least privileged and dynamic privilege concepts

• Strong understanding of virtualization and cloud platforms with knowledge of AWS infrastructure and architecture. Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP a plus.

• Knowledge of both Windows and Unix platforms with programming (PowerShell etc. a plus.

• Understanding of DevOps pipeline and CICD tools

• Knowledge and understanding of APIs specifically RESTful APIs and familiarity with serviceoriented architecture and web services integration.

• Selfstarter with ability to work in a team environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated timeframes

• Strong knowledge of Information Security frameworks and security architecture frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA are a plus

• CyberArk certification a plus

• Experience with GxP environments and regulatory requirements

• Understanding of security risks and implementation of mitigating controls and ability to convey risk to all levels of the business from management to operations and development teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including writing and presentation skills
