How Youll Make An Impact
We are seeking a motivated and experienced MidLevel Product Manager to join our Product & Technology group focusing on the Boomi AI Studio product. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a strong background in AI product development capable of driving product strategy and in alignment with Boomis key tenets and competencies.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to define and execute the product roadmap for Boomi AI Studio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends in AI and integration technologies.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain product documentation including user stories specifications and release notes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated inquiries and provide support to internal teams and customers.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.
- Advocate for best practices in product management and contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
The Experience You Bring
- 710 years of experience in product management with a focus on AI or technology products.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in integration and automation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. JIRA Aha!.
- Selfstarter with a passion for innovation and a curiosity to explore new technologies and market trends.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $116889. $146112 CAD annually applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills experience and geographic location.
