Educational Qualifications:B.E. Chemical or B.Tech Chemical or B.Tech Food Technology from a reputed Institute.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience working in production in food food additives/ingredients chemicals manufacturing.
Age:Not less than 40 years.
Job description:
Required to handle the Production Packing Raw material and Finished goods Teams under guidance of GM Production. Coordinate with various departments for tracking inventory and indenting for raw materials packing materials chemicals and ingredients. Coordinating with the maintenance team for any breakdowns repairs replacement maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the Plant. Achieving the target specifications of the various product grades manufactured by the Company and coordinating with the QC/QA team to make any adjustments in the process and recipe to achieve the said product specifications. Ensure that all goods are produced packed and shipped in good order and meet specifications. Follow all the SOPs of the Company. Maintain all Production Packing and Despatch related records. Work in a leadership role to build team spirit and carry out operations in an efficient manner.
Must be conversant in English Hindi and preferably Gujarati.
