Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be pivotal in developing and implementing effective online advertising strategies across Facebook and Google platforms. Youll work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive targeted traffic enhance brand visibility and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
Plan execute and optimize Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness lead generation and conversion.
Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographic behavioral and psychographic data to ensure campaigns reach the right audience segments.
Create compelling ad creatives copy and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad formats targeting options and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing and cohesive ad creative.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Facebook and Google advertising algorithms and best practices.
Manage advertising budgets pacing and allocation to achieve optimal results within set budgets.
Coordinate with other marketing teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on Facebook and Google advertising.
2 to 3 years experience in digital marketing
Indepth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms including campaign setup optimization and performance tracking.
Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive datainformed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Experience in audience segmentation targeting and retargeting strategies.
Proficiency in creating effective ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify optimization opportunities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
