Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Account/Sales Representative
Ref: 4975
Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R15000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience commission (guaranteed commission of between R10 000 to R15 000 per month)
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Willing to travel to East London and the Garden Route
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in sales accounts or related field
- Proven ability to upsell and increase customer engagement
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Professional demeanour and a customercentric approach
- Gogetter attitude: proactive and selfmotivated
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent time management skills: able to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing customer expectations
Key Performance Areas:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Regularly visit customer sites to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Actively upsell additional products based on customer needs
- Drive the sales of imported goods
- Analyse and extract data from Excel to track sales and customer trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Handle all basic computerrelated tasks efficiently including email correspondence
- Travel to East London and the Garden Route for one night every six weeks as part of a 12 week cycle
