Brkfst is an incubated venture within WITHIN focused on connecting creators with major brands to produce impactful ads at scale.
We areand we connect creators with big brands to make impactful ads at scale. We have a network of thousands of content creators with a variety of different skillsets and were looking to build a program that empowers them to create great ads for brands like Corkcicle Perfume Casper Mattresses & more!
This is a very ambitious project and our roadmap is full of exciting features so were looking for people who love innovation and want to be challenged. Were a small team of spy individuals who are growing fast and were looking for someone to grow with us.

About You:
As an Affiliate Account Manager you thrive on finding the perfect balance between client satisfaction and team success. Your approach is strategic and analytical and youve garnered valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing both in agency and brand settings. Youre a selfstarter who navigates ambiguity with ease always ready to deliver datadriven business solutions to both clients and your team. Your appetite for growth and challenges is insatiable and youre adept at championing this mindset within your team.
Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to:
- Managing negotiating developing and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
- Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance partner activity and areas for optimization presenting findings to clients.
- Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing dynamic attribution and crosschannel analysis.
- Ensuring efficient workflow and processes adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
- Handling daytoday tasks within the affiliate network.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized executed and measured
- Excited and comfortable working with established brands
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Experience with affiliate networks like Impact Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard Affluent
- Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription retail B2B CPG App etc
- Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Gsuite & excel
- Must be inquisitive and proactive
- Able to adopt document and teach best practices of new partners and teammates
- Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows processes and objectives)
- Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV
