Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Personal Care Worker assists developmentally disabled clients with their daily routine in programming and services as a job coach at community employment sites.
The pay range for this role is $15.00 $16.50 based on experience.

What Youll Do:
- Assists staff and clients in structured educational independent living and/or social/recreational
- Assist consumers with activities of daily living including toileting assistance with eating.
- Provide care and supervision of consumers within the service area and the community.
- Transport clients to structured activities.
- Coach and assist clients with individual goals. Monitor progress or lack of progress toward goals.
- Track and handle client money.
- Effectively partner within the community to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Provide inhouse and communitybased activity groups as assigned.
- Document client goals outcomes activities of daily living medication administration etc.
- Effectively conduct medication administration.
- Functions as a treatment team
- Adheres to scheduled work hours with regular and predictable attendance.
What You Bring:
- One year of experience with developmentally disabled individuals or equivalent experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Person Centered service in all interactions.
