We are seeking a MidLevel Oracle BRM Operational Scripting Engineer to join our team at TechStar Group. This fulltime position is open in Bengaluru Hyderabad Noida Gurgaon and Pune. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess mandatory skills in BRM and demonstrate proficiency in predictive modeling SQL and Oracle BRM features.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in Oracle BRM with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience focusing on operational scripting and business revenue management tasks.
- Sound understanding and experience in predictive modeling to anticipate business trends and customer needs effectively.
- Expertise in using SQL for database operations ensuring efficient data handling and manipulation across platforms.
- Skilled in Oracle BRM functionalities and integration processes contributing to seamless business operations and revenue management.
- Proficiency in BRM scripting to automate tasks and facilitate data operations enhancing system productivity and efficiency.
- Capable of writing and executing BRM operational scripts effectively to support business revenue management initiatives and operations.
- Excellent analytical skills to dissect and address complex business problems with innovative and effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work within a team and across departments to achieve company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BRM operational scripts to streamline billing and revenue management processes and systems operations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements and integrate solutions within the Oracle BRM framework.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure service stability and operational efficiency within BRM systems.
- Create predictive models to support strategic business decisions and enhance revenue management accuracy and effectiveness.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to optimize current processes methodologies and business revenue models.
- Enhance system operations through the application of innovative scripting techniques and Oracle BRM functionalities.
- Document development processes operational activities and system configurations for reference and compliance purposes.
