You are ready for your Transformation if you have:
good skills in Google products & services MS Office proficiency will be a plus
database experience
upper intermediate English language skills and enjoy working in an international environment
the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
attention to details and accuracy in completing complex tasks
ability to learn fast and work under time pressure
proactive approach in problem solving
knowledge of OCR software and tools including setup configuration and troubleshooting will be a plus
We are ready and within our Team you will:
navigate through and usage of Transporeon webplatform and support tools
regularly monitoring of the OCR setup to ensure it functions correctly and efficiently via performing maintenance and updates to keep the system uptodate and troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring data accuracy
analyze data available in the Transporeon Freight Audit web platform/Business intelligence system to identify problematic areas in both directions preventive & corrective
collaborate with IT specialists to set up effective business rules and collaborate with other operational teams to resolve jobrelated issues
the constant support of other roles within the team in the resolution of issues that they have during final product delivery
conduct statistical analyses support regarding the amount of processed invoices
