Job Description
Parttime clinical adjunct nursing position for the RN program at the Middletown campus. This position may require clinical or laboratory instruction. Schedules may include day evening or weekend hours in an off campus or on campus lab and/or clinical site. Only online applications are accepted. Compensation and Benefits : The minimum hourly rate for the position is $40.32 per hour however actual starting rate is commensurate with education and/or experience. The position is part time and as such cannot exceed 29 hours per week and is not eligible for health or leave benefits. However the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies. Nursing wage hourly rate schedule as of July 1 2024 : Associates Degree: $40.32 Bachelors Degree: $43.03 Masters Degree (includes DDS MD DVS JD DPT : $45.70 Doctorate: $48.39 Telework According to DHRM policy 1.61 Teleworking effective July 5 2022 Virginia state employees will return to the workplace. Consistent with prepandemic policies telework may be an option for certain eligible positions.
