Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead health safety and environmental protection initiatives ensuring compliance with Ledcor standards and applicable regulations.
- Create and manage the Project Quality Program to ensure materials and work meet specifications.
- Establish and maintain project startup systems including filing billing cost accounting and directories.
- Develop and revise preliminary schedules considering crew availability production permits and more.
- Define project milestones and deliverables; create and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor schedules through meetings shortterm planning and updates via tools like QuickBase SharePoint JIRA or Excel.
- Communicate schedule deviations and risks to the project team.
- Provide schedule forecasts and run scenarios/models to assess impacts and options.
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks with the project team to optimize schedule and financial targets.
- Facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progression.
- Track and report financial aspects including forecasts and billings.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel for managing large datasets and performing complex functions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI QuickBase SharePoint JIRA and MS Flow (an asset).
- Knowledge of construction documents specifications practices and scheduling systems.
- Understanding of construction costs budgets and project scheduling.
- Postsecondary education in Construction Engineering or a related field (an asset).
- Strong organizational planning and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify constructability issues and develop practical solutions.
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid work position where you will be required to be in office multiple times a week
Compensation
$70 400 $96 800 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
