Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing operations data to enhance efficiency optimize processes and drive strategic decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills including expertise in Python AI/ML/Generative AI (LLMs) SQL and Azure fundamentals along with experience using visualization tools such as Apache Superset or Grafana. The candidate should also be eager to learn new technologies as required by the team and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse IT operations data to identify trends patterns and areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement data models and analytics solutions to improve IT service performance.
- Utilize Python to automate data processing perform statistical analysis and build machine learning models.
- Leverage AI/ML/Generative AI (LLMs) to enhance automation predictive analytics and anomaly detection in IT operations.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyse data from various databases.
- Work with Azure cloud services to manage data pipelines storage and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with IT engineering and business teams to provide actionable insights and reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset or Grafana or other visualization tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in IT systems and suggest improvements.
- Ensure data quality governance and compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to deliver highquality solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning daily standups and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of data solutions based on business requirements.
- Follow the industry best practices for data analytics.

Technical Skills:
Must have:
- Overall 7 years of experience in Data Analyst role.
- Strong experience in Python for data processing automation and scripting.
- Handson experience with AI/ML/Generative AI (LLMs) for operational insights and automation.
- Handson experience with SQL for data extraction transformation manipulation and database management system.
- Proficiency in Azure Fundamentals and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Experience with visualization tools: Apache Superset or Grafana.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with Big data Processing Databricks (Spark)
- Experience in data democratization and enabling selfservice data analytics.
- Experience in MLOps/DevOps.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members ask questions provide updates and articulate ideas clearly.
Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies tools and concepts relevant to the project.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment share knowledge and contribute to achieving common goals.
